We’re a growing construction company here in central Illinois and our business is booming. We’ve got so many projects that we need to add a couple more crews! We do a range of work from full commercial and residential builds to high end kitchen and bath
renovations for local designers, and also do maintenance work for commercial business and residential homes. And we have big plans to make 2026 a great year! We’ve been in business for 5 years, and are really looking to build a culture based around family
and investing in our employees and our valued clients.

● Earn $18-$28 per hour- we pay top rates
● Weekends off most work is Monday-Friday 8-5
● Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day off paid.
● Tools provided to complete required work.
● Structured sign on bonus after 90 days
Here’s what we need from you:
● Valid drivers license
● Reliable vehicle
● Be able to work un-supervised, and complete work in a timely manner
● Honest and trustworthy
● Great people skills with customers, and co-workers
● Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
● Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help
