Do you want a job where you earn top dollar and still have weekends off? It sounds great but it doesn’t always seem to work out that way. I know your story because I lived it. Before I started this company I worked for other construction companies, I often went home feeling like just another number, with little thanks for a job well done. I had some ideas of how we could improve, or different ways to do a project, but was told that is
not how we have done it in the past. I had asked about training or opportunities to grow and was always told after we get thru this next project we will see what we can do. Sound at all familiar?
